Your name here!
Brainstorm Speech Therapy is a small, boutique, bilingual pediatric practice in Falls Church, Virginia — and we're always glad to meet therapists who share our heart for this work. We're not a volume-driven clinic. We're an intentionally small team that values depth over scale: real relationships with families, unhurried sessions, and the freedom to truly individualize care. If that resonates with you, we'd love to talk. Who we are: We're bilingual, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centered to our core. We believe in connection over compliance, child-led and play-based therapy, and walking alongside parents as teammates — not bystanders. Every child here is deeply known, not processed. What we'd love to see in you: You lead with heart. You genuinely love children and families, and you treat every family's story with respect and curiosity. You're neurodiversity-affirming. You honor every kind of mind and every way of communicating — you support children in thriving as exactly who they are, rather than "fixing" them. You're bilingual. Spanish/English is a strong fit for our families. Other language pairings are welcome too — we'd love to hear what you bring. You're family-centered. You see parents as teammates and enjoy coaching and empowering them, not just treating the child in front of you. You're child-led and play-based. You follow the child's lead, join their world, and weave goals into play and daily routines. You value individualized care. You're not looking for a one-size-fits-all protocol — you're excited to build thoughtful plans around each child and family. You're collaborative. You enjoy working alongside other providers — orthodontists, ENTs, pediatricians, lactation consultants, teachers — as part of a child's wider team. You're always growing. You're curious, open to learning, and excited to deepen your skills — whether in myofunctional therapy, feeding, Gestalt Language Processing, AAC, or beyond. You're licensed (or licensable) in Virginia. Additional licensure in DC, MD, NY, or NC is a plus, given our teletherapy reach. What we offer in return: A small, supportive team where your work is seen and valued; the autonomy to practice the way you believe in; families who trust you; and the chance to be part of a practice that's building something intentional and good. Want to explore joining us? Send a note (and your résumé) to irene@brainstormspeechtherapy.com — tell us a little about yourself, what lights you up about this work, and why Brainstorm feels like a fit. We'd love to hear your story.
