Review Your Evaluation & Next Steps

After the evaluation, we'll explain our findings and recommendations. If therapy is recommended, we'll discuss scheduling, any required insurance authorizations, and when you can expect your written evaluation report.

​Pricing & Insurance

Private Pay
(Without Insurance Billing)

Therapy sessions

  • 30 minutes: $90

  • 45 minutes: $130

  • 60 minutes: $180

Evaluations

  • Evaluation fees depend on the type and scope of assessment. We will confirm your fee before scheduling.

  • Payment is due on the day of service. These discounted private-pay rates do not include superbills or courtesy insurance claim submission.

In-Network Insurance

​We accept:

  • Anthem Commercial,

  • Anthem HealthKeepers Medicaid, and

  • Curative.

​

Your cost (financial responsibility) depends on your plan.

  • Coinsurance,

  • Copay, or

  • Deductible.

​

We verify your insurance benefits before you begin.

Out-of-Network Insurance

  • Rates and session length depend on the service and your child’s needs. ​

  • We verify your out-of-network insurance benefits before you begin.

  • ​Out-of-network rates include a monthly superbill for you to submit, or file courtesy claims on your behalf.​

  • Payment is due the same day.​
